At the time of admission they charged 50rupees extra saying that it is for idcard although no student in the institute have idcard. After that when my course had finished when I had asked to refund my 50rupees they told me that we don't have any refund policy. Further in future if you take admission in any other course we will adjust in that.In this matter I told them that it is like type of doing fraud. Within this the lady sitting over there said it is not fraud. We will not give you certificate do whatever you want . Go and complaint wherever you want.I was in need of certificate so finally I apologised and then they gave me certificate. But my 50rupees they didn't return.Overall my experience with this institute was bad.This is not what we expect from any institutes management.
I am a student of spoken e course in London academy. I am delighted to join here and got chance to improve my basic grammer stuff. Our trainer (Mr. Faisal Khan) is always pushing us forward to become more fluent and expressive. I will surely recommend my peers to join London academy.
